Return and Replacements

Consumer has the right to return the product he received in the event that:

• Change his mind / Right of Withdrawal

If after receiving the product you change your mind, you can return it with your own shipping costs or request a refund within 15 days.

• Product is different than the product you original order.

In case that the product you have order is different than the the one you have order you have the right to return it with 15 days. Shipping expenses are covered by us.

• The product is defective

If the product you received from us is defective, you should contact us by phone or e-mail in order to proceed with its return. In this case the product can be repaired or replaced or your money refunded.

• Received a defective watch.

In the event that the watch you received is damaged or defective, you must notify our store within 48 hours of receiving it so that you can return it and repair it. If the watch shows any damage along the way and within 2 years of warranty you should contact the respective company directly.

• The Ring needs to be resized.

Our store offers one ring resizing free of charge. If you proceed to purchase a ring in the pre-existing number, sending it to the store is not considered a return and repair.

To return the product, the consumer must include the product unworn and with intact all accessories such as tags or any guarantees in the packaging.

All refund orders are made by our store within 3 working days of receiving the returned product and are paid using the same payment method. If you have paid for the product by card, then the amount will be refunded to the same card.
