Returns can be made 15 days after your parcel receipt. Customer obliged to return the parcel in the SAME condition and not similar with intact product tags and any other paper.

Money refunds are made only with the same method of original payment. As example, if you originally paid with "Visa ABC your refund will be processed to the same "Visa ABC" card.

Customer send parcel back with in his own expense. Free shipping is for new orders only and not for returns.
